Keturi mūsų šalies imtynininkai išlieka UWW reitinguose

Vieningo imtynių pasaulio (UWW) organizacijos naujai paskelbtame reitinge Lietuvos atletų pozicijos pakito nežymiai.

Aleksandrą Kazakevičių į viršų per dvi pozicijas kilstelėjo pergalė Paryžiaus Grand Prix turnyre. Po sėkmingo vojažo į Prancūziją olimpinių žaidynių prizininkas bent jau laikinai įsitvirtino penktoje vietoje.

Savo padėtį nežymiai pagerino pasaulio kariškių čempionate bronzą iškovojęs Laimutis Adomaitis. Tose pačiose varžybose nugalėtojo titulą iškovojęs Mindaugas Mizgaitis  liko 13 vietoje.

Tuo tarpu pasaulio čempionato prizininką Edgarą Venckaitį iš ketvirtos vietos į šeštą nustūmė Azijos žaidynių finalininkai Han-Soo Ryu ir Korėjos ir japonas Ryutaro Matsumoto.
